We feel very lucky to have found Goron and Carpet Knights. They are totally reliable and professional in everything they do. They work hard whilst on site and achieve a great result at a very competitive price. On top of all that we find Goron a really pleasant, helpful ‘can do’ type of guy.

After years of having my Persian rugs cleaned by so called experts in London at huge expense, I am now living in Cornwall busier than I’ve ever been and have discovered Carpet Knights. Thank goodness!! I am thrilled to bits with the service, carpets collected and dropped back. When I came to lay them down they have never been so clean. The colours have come up so beautifully. And there was me thinking cream carpets were a bad idea with 2 kids and a dog……..not now that I know Goran and Jason can get them looking like new!! CarpetKnights have been cleaning my carpets for the last six years: first when the property was a B&B and now as a holiday let. From the first call to Sarah to arrange an appointment and be given a quote everything is done in a professional but friendly manner. Goran (and now Jason too) arrive on time, wear shoe covers indoors and just get on with their work. The carpets look like new when cleaned and their use of eco-products is very important to me. And I am delighted with the price too. If necessary carpets can be walked on straight away and are dry within a few hours. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else for this work and have recommended CarpetKnights many times to friends and other businesses.

Goran and the team at Carpet Knights were a god send! After the surgery carpets suffered major damaged following some recent re-surfacing of the local roads we were really concerned the tarmac marks would result in a hefty bill for new carpets throughout. However, the work Goran and Carpet Knights did was great and the carpets actually look better than they have done for many years. Goron, from Carpetknights does a wonderful job. He is polite, professional, prompt and extremely good at what he does. Goron spent some time on a 30 year old armchair, which was covered in food stains and also red wine stains that had been there for years, He has managed to make it look almost as good as new and all traces of the wine stains have gone. The equally old carpets have also been given a new lease of life and once again look fresh and clean. We are delighted with the work he has done for us and will not hesitate to recommend Carpetknight’s services to anyone.
We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Carpet Knights. The service is prompt, courteous and professional. We have had all the carpets in our house cleaned aswell as some upholstery and the quality of cleaning is excellent – far better than other cleaning companies we have used. Some of our carpets were badly stained and now look like new. When arranging an appointment, phone calls are promptly returned and the cleaner arrives precisely on time. The house is left immaculate.
